St. Patricks Day Pie
1 oreo piecrust
1 envelope gelatin
1/2 cup water
1/4 cup creme de menthe syrup (found in the ice cream topping area)
20 Andes mints
1 jar marshmallow creme
1 cup whipping cream
Mix water and gelatin together and soften gelatine. Beat the whipping cream. Mix gelatin, creme de menthe syrup and marshmallow cream together. Fold in whipping cream. Chop up Andes mints and top pie with these.
